Dear Agency Owner,
This is a hard letter to write.
As someone who cares about you, it’s my duty to tell you the truth.
So here it goes:
- The reason why you aren’t hitting whatever revenue goals you have isn’t the fault of the competition, FB ad account bans, or bad clients…
- The reason why you have to work a bazillion hours a week isn’t because of bad employees or unreliable contractors…
- The reason you don’t have more leads isn’t because of your funnel, your ad budget or that you’ve been shadow-banned on instagram…
- The reason why prospects aren’t buying isn’t because they are too cheap, or they just don’t understand the value of what you do…
The reason for all of this is you.
I know. I’m sorry. I wish I had better news.
But listen, there are people in this world, like me, who choose to take what they’ve earned over the course of their careers, and teach people, like you, who want to realize their dreams how to acquire the skills, attitudes and critical thinking needed to build a successful business.
